@BlythMeister I tried to port the fixes from the targets-module of fake 4 into fake 5, but failed to understand the code. Therefore I copied the tests and rewrote some parts.

Some places in the tests have been changed as some targets could be executed even earlier, which the current code now correctly detects.

Also I removed that special handling for the single worker, let's see if people complain about it.
