I ran find . -name "*" -exec -i 's/IGN_DESIGNATION/GZ_DESIGNATION/g' {} \; in order to make this repository compliant with gazebosim/gz-cmake#282

We shouldn't merge this until gazebosim/gz-cmake#282 is merged and released.
