For those calendars with breaks, break times should probably be declared as columns of the answers csv files in the same way as opens and closes. Associated tests could then be revised to get their expected values directly from answers.

#69 adds break times to csv files. Still to revise break-related tests to look directly at csv for expected answers.

Following migration to new test-suite (concluding with #96), break-related tests take their input from the Answers class which in turn interrogates the .csv.
