Yes sorry, I'm not maintaining theses themes anymore. But I will be happy to leave the merging/reviews right to someone motivated. |

Hugo Base Theme is unmaintained as per this issue that has remained unresolved for 4 years crakjie/hugo-base-theme#3
EDIT
The second commit is about removing the Landing Page theme which is also unmaintained as per crakjie/landing-page-hugo#17 which has been left open since 2016.
