Khronos repos are renaming their "master" branches to "main"

SPIRV-Tools and SPIRV-Headers have already been updated.

These have not:

KhronosGroup/glslang#3107
KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Loader#1107
KhronosGroup/Vulkan-ValidationLayers#5084
