restore grails-shell cli commands and profiles documentation while maintaining grails forge and Gradle documentation
This was fairly complex and in cases where there was a new way, either Grails Forge CLI or Gradle, an effort was made to keep both. This will make documentation longer, but attempts to include both ways of doing these tasks in Grails.
This PR is against the 6.2.x branch where grails-shell, profiles and these commands were restored for 6.2.1/6.2.2. It will be merged up to the 7.0.x branch.
