At the beginning, Hapin is a language experiment for kazakh language input based on Rime Input Method Editor. Aim to make it easy for kazakh language input! The Hapin Project is undering GPL v3 license, you can be free to use it under the license!
hapin-arabic input schema is only for the Arabic Alphabet Kazakh input!
Hapin Alphabets are based on Pinyin, IPA, etc...
