Frequent Problems

Here are some of the most frequently asked problems:

NK2Tray loses programs when in autostart.

• Check if u followed the correct procedure to set it as to the autostart. it can be found here: setup for windows startup
• check if nk2tray has writing rights for its settings file in the folder it is saved.
• make sure you use a link and not the exe directly in the autostart folder.

Lights are not working on the Korg Nanokontrol

You just have to download Korg Kontrol Editor Software (https://www.korg.com/us/products/computergear/nanokontrol2/), change the "LED Mode" to "External" and Write Scene Data to reconfigure the controller.

Korg Nanokontrol is not working

reset the NK. it only works with the default settings To reset it do the following:

1. unplug the device

2. hold down both "track" buttons and the "cycle" button while plugging the device back.

3. check for the flashing lights

Behringer X Touch mini is not working

set the XTM in MC mode by unplugging it and holding the mc button while replugging it. The MC mode is indicated by the light above the MC Mode
