NB The AWS SDK supports Guzzle 7 already (aws/aws-sdk-php#1940), but the swiftmailer postmark suggested dependency of the framework does not yet (or even PHP 7.3 or 7.4...). I have sent them a PR: ActiveCampaign/swiftmailer-postmark#27. |

Guzzle 7 is due to be released in the next 2-8 weeks, with a beta already tagged. We should support it on our LTS branch, along side Guzzle 6.
