This fix depends on https://github.com/MichaelPrigge/liferay-portal-ee/pull/712 and whether or not it will be accepted into 7.0.x.

This css will format the asc/desc buttons on mobile and smaller browser screens. Since the current format is Order By filter, ascending button and then descending button, these buttons will be visible in the Filter/Order dropdown menu of the management bar in mobile and smaller browser sizes.
