- Added support for Global Frame Number to timecode conversion

- Fixed bug when importing timings from file and FrameNoToMillisec is activated (Issue #1)

- Implemented Paste feature in timings editor dialog (suggested by Ehsan Gandomi)
- Implemented timecode format dialog to easily select the desired format
- timecode format dialog now opens only once at each program startup which is less annoying
- added online wiki and a menu item in SubzBor to point to the wiki guides.
- fixed bug when system's default Decimal Symbol is something other than Dot (.) (reported by Ehsan Gandomi)
- fixed VobSub subtitles bug when user add .sub file instead of .idx file.

SubzBor v1.0.3
The first release of SubzBor after open sourcing it.
- It's now internationalized. you can translate it to your own language easily. and I encourage you to do so. a tutorial is included in
Lang>Translate it to your language
menu. - An internal subrip codec implemented to split text based subtitles internally. previous FFmpeg approach may miss some dialogs at cut points but the new approach works better. it is enabled by default but can be disabled from preferences.
- Some small fixes and improvements plus new icon.
