This release of SubzBor contains the following changes:
- SubzBor installation folder is now movable AKA Portable
- :FF to :MS checkbox caption now reflects the chosen Timecode format
- Small input parsing improvement
compiled using Free Pascal 3.1.1 trunk r37364 and Lazarus 1.9 trunk r56243.
latest tested version of MKVToolNix was 16.0
steps to build the included FFmpeg binary is provided.
