The partial travis failure is because COVERALLS_TOKEN isn't set in pull requests for security reasons. This is more of a travis issue, that I'll look into later. |

This PR should fix #54 (the fix and test should probably be merged upstream in the main earcut repository to fix mapbox/earcut#83, mapbox/earcut#87)
Would appreciate a quick review, especially since I rewrote some of the test framework so it's easier to manually add tests that aren't in the main earcut repository.
