[Feature] Support screencast for Firefox and Webkit #1158

We would like to record a video of the browser with playwright-video for all browsers.

It would be great to have a page.screencast API that supports all browsers. Additionally we would like to know when all the frames are received, which is not possible with the CDP screencast API.
