This version fixes a parsing issue with the journal, which I feel like I already fixed once. Regardless, the net result was that all systems found in the journal would have the Y coordinate set to zero, which is typically entirely incorrect.
Also fixed Engineers presets to better explain what services they provided, and added missing Colonia engineers.
