Configure git attributes for lfs. Trufflehog ignore test data LFS files.
From the "Collection Z" test data set, resize the input image to file into 1024, and then remove the alpha channel before running bioformats2raw.
The zarr file is constructed with NGFF multi-scale pyramid in the root of the tree.
