Despite adding the 2x2x2 MNIInfant space when generating CIFTI outputs in #381, the file used as the reference image when resampling BOLD -> MNIInfant was hardcoded as 1x1x1. This changes the selection to account for the reference volume resolution, which can change when requesting different grayordinates.
