Description

This PR changes noir_wasm to take a full dependency graph as input instead of a list.

Problem*

Some of the libraries in Aztec.nr have dependencies of their own. Contracts that depended on such libraries wouldn't compile with noir_wasm because it wouldn't be able to resolve all the necessary libraries (e.g. my contracts depends on aztec and authwit and authwit depends on aztec).

Summary*

This PR adds a new data type DependencyGraph that describes which libraries the entrypoint depends on and which libraries depend on which other libraries. These are all string-based and use the names expected to be found in Nargo.toml/use statements.

One limitation is that there's no versioning support: if entrypoint depends on library-a@v1 and some other library in the graph depends on library-a@v2 then they'll both point to the same library.

Can you add some tests demonstrating compilation of Noir projects with dependencies?

Ideally we'd also include some which show that user errors (e.g., missing out dependencies, invalid crate names) don't result in panics. It would probably be best to write these tests in Rust as you can target just the prepare_dependency_graph function (there are some gotchas related to this such as needing to use wasm-bindgen-test but you can see acvm_js as an example)

We should definitely have some e2e tests showing that we can compile a Noir project with dependencies from JS however.

We should address this before merging.

Looks good, just a couple small things and then we should be good to merge.
