How would you describe the priority of this feature request

Critical (currently preventing usage)

Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Currently, we are using gRPC 1.51 which had a new CVE discovered. Mitigation requires upgrading to 1.53.

Describe your ideal solution

Upgrade all occurrences of gRPC=1.51 to gRPC=1.53, and create a PR with the label conda-build.

Describe any alternatives you have considered

grpc isn't available via conda for version 1.53, so we'll move to 1.54 instead.
