Description of the change:
remove the ALPHA composite template
There will be an accompanying olm-docs update needed.
Motivation for the change:
during discussion with pipeline teams and operator authors onboarding to FBC using the composite template, there has been a lot of confusion with both its ability to re-use contributions for multiple target catalogs (multiplexing) and to exert limited input policy enforcement (format enforcement) capabilities of the template. Right now it looks like operator- or pipeline-specific approaches to both multiplexing and format enforcement would be less complex and provide more complete promises of control.
