Initial release of code reproducing figures associated with Gehring et al. 2019

This is the initial release of notebooks reproducing the figures and results in the paper Jase Gehring, Jong Hwee Park, Sisi Chen, Matthew Thomson and Lior Pachter, Highly multiplexed single-cell RNA-seq by DNA oligonucleotide tagging of cellular proteins, Nature Biotechnology (2019) doi:10.1038/s41587-019-0372-z. The release coincides with the publication date of the paper.

Note that in order for the notebooks to run on Google Colab, instead of using Cell Ranger as was done for the paper, the pre-processing of the single-cell RNA-seq data is performed with kallisto | bustools (Melsted, Booeshaghi et al. 2019).
