Tests
Emulated tests demonstrated how to construct transfer message for both ENA&PNA with XCMV5 instructions.
Btw: This PR is still in very early stage and contains only the change for Polkadot→Ethereum direction, we'll continue with the reverse direction and more improvements/refactoring later.
