Adresses issue #326
Updated test data by scenario and scenario outline with special characters (hyphen, comma, parantheses) and added tests for parsing the result data.
Refactored out name mapping logic from issue #315 and use for nunit, xunit and vstest. Fix name handling for SpecRun (regex escaping).
