/utilfor debug API.As a result, although we have introduced new things for
/util+ achieved higher test coverage in this PR, the total deletion LOC is > addition LOC.As there are many changes to the business module part, a careful review and manual testing is necessary.
The next to refine would be manual profiling, which client behaves very similarly to debug api. It will be started after #1095 is merged.
