Includes:

  • Uploading releases to cloudsmith
  • Moving to our standard GH actions driven CI workflow
  • Removing COPR and Debian packaging for releases
  • Bintray support
  • TravisCI usage
  • Add pony-stable Docker images

CircleCI failure can be ignored. We are testing with it but as long as anyone is following this project on CircleCI that "lack of a circleci config" registers as a build error because... ¯_(ツ)_/¯
