1. Add automated release process …

   Includes:
   
   - Uploading releases to cloudsmith
   - Moving to our standard GH actions driven CI workflow
   - Removing COPR and Debian packaging for releases
   - Bintray support
   - TravisCI usage
   - Adds pony-stable docker images
