playground is still stuck at 0.19.2. trying to remember how to manually kick it.

Playground is now up to date.

The automated build on Docker Hub had failed spuriously (Connection to llvm.org timed out), and thus had not published a 0.19.3 image. I've triggered a manual build which succeeded, and the rest of the process went on just fine.

I'll add instructions on how to do so (Docker Hub makes it very not obvious) to the "Pony Playground Troubleshooting" guide (at https://github.com/plietar/pony-playpen/tree/master/.admin/README.txt, also shown when sshing into the server) later today.
