The Arm64 job stalled:

+ gpg --verify Python-3.7.8.tgz.asc
gpg: Signature made Sat 27 Jun 2020 09:42:54 AM UTC using RSA key ID AA65421D
gpg: Good signature from "Ned Deily (Python release signing key) <nad@acm.org>"
gpg: aka "Ned Deily <nad@baybryj.net>"
gp

No output has been received in the last 10m0s, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.
Check the details on how to adjust your build configuration on: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/common-build-problems/#build-times-out-because-no-output-was-received

The build has been terminated

The same job stalled again, and one that succeeded last time failed due to what appears to be a transient network error. I’ll try closing and reopening to run CI again...

Not sure what’s going on here, the Arm64 job seems to be stuck in a loop:

  • Job is queued
  • Job starts running
  • Job seems to run for about 10–15 minutes
  • I’ll refresh the log and the job is queued once again

This has happened at least 3 times since I closed and reopened the PR.

Not sure what to do at this point.

@auvipy Thanks for merging this! Would you mind merging #680 and #681 as well? These have also been approved and are the corresponding changes for manylinux1 and manylinux2010.
