@gefloh @geoand I think the implementation is all right, and thanks! The only thing I'm wondering is if the parameter name "connection-pool-enabled" is well chosen. Maybe it's just me :), but it takes me some mental effort to link "connection pool" with the "keep alive" functionality. In the vertx client the option is called |

Hehe, yes agree, naming is always difficult. I am perfectly fine with "keep-alive-enabled" and can adjust it accordingly. |

As discussed with @TomasHofman and @geoand in #30824 adds a parameter
connection-pool-enabledfor enabling/disabling (enabled by default) the connection pool for the RESTEasy Reactive REST client without having to use a customHttpClientOptions.Since I am not too familiar with the Quarkus project structure, I am not sure if I found all relevant places to add it. Also I am not sure if this is relevant for the classic REST client (currently not implemented there).
