When annotation
@RolesAllowedcontains (runtime) configuration expression, values need to be resolve during runtime init in order to validate values are present and possibly fail as soon as possible. This step must only be run once configuration setup is completed. Personally I could not reproduce the problem, but by inherence this fix should do.
