This release adds back the Satisfaction Rating on Ticket Details (LHC-235) because we've been receiving unexpected bad reviews that the customer did not make. The likely reason is explained here. We are hoping by reintroducing the Satisfaction Ratings on ticket details, we will see the occurrence of this problem less.
We also introduced a new article template (LHC-347) for the Fast Track initiative that will move us forward towards the self service goal.
