• go through reviews and present everything

present architecture / overview big picture (2 hours)

• present the ideas
• go through stake holders and identify components.
• give space to discuss / brainstorm additional components.

collect features 2 phases (2 hours)

• open brainstorming (collect potential features)
• filter and prioritize them by mapping to stake holders and components

make feature list persistent (2 hours)

• put everything into git wiki
• create diagrams
