The "multipart/signed" MIME type requires that message integrity algorithm is given explicitly. In EnMail, SHA1 is hard coded, and that's okay for now. However, we need to ensure that indeed this particular algorithm is used instead of some random default one.

Eventually, #71 should be done, but not necessarily in version 0.2.
