Now that gfx-rs/wgpu#4222 is merged (but no v0.17.3 yet, and perhaps there never will be), we don't need to rely on our fork.
There is no compelling technical reason for this, other than it "looks more official".
Also I threw in a
cargo update, because why not - I know RenovateBot will be triggered in a few hours, but it's not that good with managingCargo.lock.
