Broken path to fedn logo in sidebar

Describe the bug
Sidebar FEDn logo can not be rendered due to the path "static/dist/applogos/fedn_logo.png" does not exist.

Solution
Add Fedn logo where the stackn logo resides, i.e. static/dist
