Linked PR did not fix the issue. https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=243899 and some other threads show that it might be easier to return a splash screen and mention the problem in Talos documentation. |

It seems that due to
hdmi_safe=1
in config.txt (see #3115), only one HDMI port works, the other shows the rainbow. It should be easy to fix by settings that option for both ports.
