Please guide me how can i resolve the issue. I have also upgrade the version from 3.4 to 3.6.2 and try to reconfigure it but the issue still exist. |
This isn't an issue with Snipe-IT, this is an issue with your mail server or your web host not allowing external mail servers. |
Hello,
I am getting the error "Whoops, looks like something went wrong" When i press the Checkout button. I am currently using Snipe-IT version 3.6.2 on IIS 8.5 (Windows Sever 2012 R2) with PHP version 5.6.24 and MariaDB. I am also trying to send alert email from Snipe-IT using Office365. I have configured the .env file but the issues still persist. Please help.
