What I did
I updated the documentation regarding connection strings in README.md. I also added a comment in strings.xml reminding developers to never commit a connection string because they should be kept secret. Lastly I updated PowerBI to have the newest information to make retrieving new information faster.
How to Verify
Read the documentation and make sure it is clear. This PR contains no behavioral changes.
