  • ASIC Vendor: Broadcom
  • Swich ASIC: Tomahawk2
  • Port Configuration: 64x100G
  • SONiC Image: SONiC-ONIE-Broadcom

- What I did
Add a new supported device, AS7816-64X

- How I did it
Add the new supported device, AS7312-54X based on the SONiC Porting Guide (https://github.com/Azure/SONiC/wiki/Porting-Guide)

- How to verify it

  1. Target-verified the port mapping of 64x100G as expected
  2. Target-verified the port link of 64x100G as expected
  3. Target-verified the LED macro init setting with (2)
  4. Skipped config_checker as it seems to us that not updated for Tomahawk2 yet.
  5. We'll send our config.bcm to sonicdev@microsoft.com as reminded on the Porting Guilde.
