7050QX-32 and 7050QX-32S were using the old scd driver. The new one used on newer platforms name the i2c buses differently.

- What I did
Update the sonic-platform-modules-arista submodule to the latest version of the drivers.
This update removes the old scd driver and make older platforms use the newer version.
Make the necessary changes to the image configuration for 7050QX-32 and 7050QX-32S.
