• [tests] Remove legacy saiattributelist.h dependency ([docker-syncd-brcm]: start.sh returns 0 when exit normally #1608)
• Fix the compiling errors in gcc9 (Unit tests for sonic config engine need to be cleaned up #1621) [Stephen Sun]

sonic-utilities:

• [config] Prevent deleting VLAN with IP addresses. ([pfcwd]: add flag to enable pfc wd on start #1429)
