To aim of this pull request is to point out that the
kafka.automatic_restartattribute needs to be set totruefor any restart to actually happen at all, as it's not as obvious as it could be. It also corrects a mistake in the README with regards to theactionforruby_block[coordinate-kafka-start].The background for this is #101.
