First stab at getting `systemd` to work. Still not sure about a few
things such as using an EnvironmentFile and the code for setting up
everything related to init styles is even messier, so it could probably
use some cleanup and rethinking.

But hey, it works.

Note: We (https://github.com/brigade) have forked this cookbook and re-based the systemd-support branch with the latest changes from master. The merge conflict has been fixed and we are working through to validate everything for systemd support on CentOS7 works seamlessly. Once that is complete we'll update the branch here with a PR. Should be coming soon! :)

Superseded by #59, which was just merged to master.
