How can I unlock the X envelope

I've added the envelope x content in update 1.4.1. If you have unlocked envelope x you can press the button on the unlocks screen. Be aware that it contains spoilers if you didn't unlock this envelope.

Will there be a iOS / Windows version

That is not planned. The invest for an iOS developer account and a mac and an iPhone would be too high.

I've found an item of a prosperity level that isn't unlocked but can't add it to the store.

The way that works in the app and in the game is the same. You give the item to the character who found it. You can use the "123" Button on the character items screen. Enter the number of the item in the dialog and you can find the item in character itemlist. Then, a character can sell the item for half of its price and the item will move to the store. Another character can buy this item from the store now. Keep in mind, if there are two of these items and you only found one, only this single item is in store. My app doesn't track how many of one item are in store.
