Description
get_committeefunction from base layerMotivation and Context
get_committeewould panic because it made simultaneous accesses to the same transaction by creating multiple KeyPrefixCursors. Since it is unused and implemented on the DAN layer, the decision was taken to remove it.How Has This Been Tested?
Added new test to KeyPrefixCursor
BREAKING CHANGE: grpc interface no longer has get_committee call
