Output formats for sharing animints

An animint is a named list of ggplots and option lists. If viz is an animint, then it can be viewed in several ways:

animint2dir(viz) makes a directory with files on your local filesystem.
animint2gist(viz) posts a gist to your github account.
structure(viz, class="animint") can be used to show animints in Rmd documents, for example http://cpsievert.github.io/animint/worldPop/worldPop.html
You can put an animint in a shiny app: https://cpsievert.shinyapps.io/animintShiny/
