First release of FCD for Terra 2.0

Removed all irrelevant modules in Terra 2.0. Collector(indexer) still indexes blocks, transactions, rewards, and others for making dashboards and providing list of transactions by account and block.

FCD endpoints will be deprecated soon (hopefully) and this will turn into a project that is purely responsible for indexing
