* origin/master: Update changelog for v0.6.0. Show zoos at zoom 13, not 15. Return pier lines in the roads layer. Polygons are already returned in landuse. Added missing comma. Not sure how that ever worked... Run IATA code processing over POIs to include airports. Add toy shops to POIs. Update scripts and triggers for different signature of POI min zoom function. This should have been part of #432, but looks like it was missed out. Update min zoom for stations to be 12.

Adds features for ski shops, rental places and schools, as well as snow cannon POIs. Also adds support for racetracks (requires tilezen/TileStache#102) and snow fences.
Requires a migration so large, it has its own gist.
Connects to #344.
