Docs are split among few pages:

Doc: Commands for all built in commands
Doc: Squad Building for the Squad building tray functionalities
Doc: Automated dials for details and specific on dials
Code in repo should be somewhat documented if you want to take a look
If you like images (I do!), you can see them all at All image albums page.
Finally, just take a look at the full page list on sidebar - there may be something useful (ugh, I hope so) hidden in the depths below.
