feat(client-s3): publish files in dist-*

Combined PR on top of v3.28.0 which follows:

• move source files to src folder from chore: move source files to src folder #2
• use dist-* instead of dist/* for outDir from chore: use dist-* instead of dist/* for output folder #4
• only publish files in dist-* from chore: only publish files in dist-* #5

The karma tests are failing in browser.
And attempt will be made to fix them separately, as they're unrelated to publish size.
